The Senior Recruiter will be charged with planning, developing and implementing individualized talent acquisition strategies for our clients.  You will focus on networking with high quality and diverse talent to build strong pipelines for the local branch. The Senior Recruiter will serve as a true consultant, developing relationships with professionals and clients, and understanding both candidate and client needs to support both groups in meeting their needs and goals.

The Challenge:

  • The Senior Recruiter will source and place top-level and senior-executive candidates with backgrounds that are matched specifically within the industry
  • The Senior Recruiter will provide counsel and expertise in all areas of recruitment and staffing (i.e., process, procedures, policies, and techniques) to candidates and clients
  • The Senior Recruiter will work with account managers to define selection criteria for assessing job candidates based on a deep understanding of current and future staffing needs
  • The Senior Recruiter will manage the selection processes, including screening, interviewing, recommending finalists and bringing closure to selection efforts
  • The Senior Recruiter will advise candidates regarding applicable issues and procedures involving orientation, benefits, and compensation
  • The Senior Recruiter will implement focused recruitment strategies to enhance diversity and exceed EEO standards
  • The Senior Recruiter will stay abreast of market trends and make recommendations to meet the ongoing business needs of HireFlux
  • The Senior Recruiter will advance the company brand across the numerous markets and professional communities

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working closely with hiring teams on recruiting and other human resource functions
  • Experience navigating dynamic and diverse environments, and able to adapt accordingly
  • Track record of successfully placing top talent
  • Ability to quickly self-educate and become an expert of various healthcare niches
  • Highly motivated and able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent and professional communication skills
