As the Director of Business Development and Talent Acquisition, you will be contracted by client companies to source and recruit skilled job applicants for specific positions within your client’s organization. For a fee paid to you by your client, you will be tasked with finding qualified candidates for your client that have a good skill and experience match for specific job openings. You may operate your business as a sole individual recruiter, or build a staff of recruiters that work for you.

No. In fact, the vast majority of our recruiters and successful Directors have no prior recruitment industry experience. Our training will teach you everything you need to know to get ramped up and generating revenue quickly. If you do have experience in a particular industry with a history of high demand for recruitment services, we may encourage you to leverage that experience and network as you build your business, but we will teach you everything you need to know to accomplish that.

Yes. HireFlux’s branch model was designed to start as a corporate store and then once successful be bought by the Director if the director is interested in ownership. This model ensures the success of each branch. It is not required that you buy your branch, but many branches choose to do so.

That’s a great question and the answer is both. Obtaining new clients really is a simple and straightforward process. We will teach you the same proven techniques and methods that we use in our firms to help you gain new clients for your business as quickly as possible. By following our system, you will likely have your first clients in a matter of weeks if not days after attending the HireFlux training program. As owners and operators of our own established search firms, with years of experience building these businesses, we have an excess of jobs we are currently working on for clients and not enough candidates within our own system to fill those positions. You may wish to start out by working these assignments, assisting us in finding candidates for our open positions for which you will receive a split of the total recruitment fee. This is a win-win situation, as you get your business off the ground substantially faster and we get assistance us in completing work for our client companies.

The costs are variable based on the type of business you decide to develop and how large you choose to grow. Ongoing expenses will be minimal based on limited fixed costs. Still others will continue to expand by hiring a team of recruiters in which case fixed cost will be higher based on providing office space and equipment for an expanded staff.

In most all circumstances, leased office space is not needed and satisfactory work accommodations can be obtained in a home office environment. If you’re the type of individual that needs to be out of your home to really work effectively, then you may want to consider a leased office space for that reason. As you continue to grow your business, you may decide to add recruiters. In that case you may want to consider a leased office space in order to better manage your operation. But another option, is to initially employ contract recruiters whom work out of their respective homes as well.
